We were very sad that my mom passed away in 2008. After many months of renovating then selling my parents' home, the home where I grew up, we have now begun the daunting task of selling all the treasures that they had collected over the years. My dad, Otto Werner, who passed away in 1991, was an artist who specialized in wall murals; however, he also painted oil paintings. This oil painting is of Cressman's Woods. It brings back memories of Sunday afternoon walks as a child with mom and dad through sweet-smelling autumn leaves. Unfortunately, our walls are full, so I will let the painting go to a good home for only $500.00.
